`Made entirely of our own ice cream (no baked cake), these cakes are  two layers of ice cream separated by center layer of our caramel , fudge pieces and crunchy chocolate bits.

One layer of chocolate cookies and graham crackers in vanilla, and a layer of chocolate chip ice cream

 Mimi's Mud / Vanilla
Espresso with chocolate chips,  chocolate cookies and our homemade fudge, and vanilla

Minty Mud / Vanilla
One layer of Minty Mud, made with creme de menthe, chocolate chips, chocolate cookies, and fudge, and one layer of vanilla

Strawberry / Vanilla
Fresh Local Strawberry ice cream  center layer of our caramel , fudge pieces and crunchy chocolate bits.and our rich vanilla ice cream

Deep Dark Secret / Vanilla

 The basics , Vanilla & Deep Dark Secret ( our Chocolate )  and a center layer of our caramel , fudge pieces and crunchy chocolate bits.. GF doen't have the cruncy chocolate bits in the center.
