About Screamin' Mimi's . . .

      Inspired to find ice cream reminiscent of her childhood, Maraline Olson began making her own homemade ice cream and opened Screamin' Mimi's on October 28 1995. Maraline makes ice cream fresh every day, choosing from over 300 recipes.

      Each order of Screamin' Mimi's ice cream is weighed to determine the price. Customers are asked if the serving size is to their liking.
